1. Parties and subject

These terms govern the Hanafi Guide app, hanafi-guide.ru and related server functions. The rights holder and service administrator is ООО «БЛЦ» (BLTs LLC), INN 1658257832, OGRN 1261600023475, contact info@hayrat.digital. Users use the service under these terms and applicable Russian law.

Hanafi Guide provides prayer schedules, educational materials, Quran text and audio, dhikr, Qibla direction, a calendar and recording and calculation tools. Availability depends on the app version, locality, source data and connectivity. Installing or using the app does not transfer exclusive rights.

2. Access and account

Many functions work without an account. UmmaID sign-in supports saving and synchronising associated records. You are responsible for protecting access to your account and device, the accuracy of information entered and the lawfulness of providing it. Do not share passwords or sign-in codes.

UmmaID terms apply to its separate identity service. Signing out of Hanafi Guide does not delete server data. You can request deletion of your Hanafi Guide account and data at info@hayrat.digital. Synchronising religious records and other special categories requires the legal bases prescribed by law; these terms do not replace separate consent where it is mandatory.

3. Information and accuracy

Learning and reference materials are for personal study. They are not an individual fatwa or medical, legal or financial advice. Consult a competent specialist or religious teacher about your specific situation when necessary.

Prayer times depend on locality, date and published source. The start time of a prayer may differ from congregational prayer in a particular mosque. Source status does not promise agreement with every mosque in a region. If data is missing or contradictory, individual times may be unavailable or marked as needing clarification.

Qibla direction depends on location accuracy, magnetic interference and device sensors. Check a map and local landmarks if uncertain. Notifications depend on permissions, connectivity, iOS / Android and APNs / FCM; an exact delivery minute and delivery of every reminder are not guaranteed.

Missed prayer, fasting and zakat calculations depend on your inputs, assumptions and available prices. A result does not determine your religious obligation in place of individual consideration. You should check dates, amounts, exemptions and the accuracy of input data.

4. Licence and permitted use

You receive a non-exclusive right to use the app for its intended purpose on devices you own or lawfully use, subject to the distribution store’s terms. Third-party materials and components retain their own copyrights and usage terms.

Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, collect other people’s data, impersonate users, distribute malware or create excessive load. Automated bulk extraction and commercial redistribution require an independent lawful basis and, where necessary, the rights holder’s permission. Statutory copyright exceptions remain available.

5. Voluntary support

Core functions are not conditional on voluntary support. An SBP transfer takes place on an external payment page or in your banking app. Verify the recipient and amount before confirming. Opening a link in Hanafi Guide does not constitute a payment.

Support provides no additional content rights, is not payment for a religious act and carries no promise of a religious outcome. Transfer execution, bank fees and dispute procedures are governed by the payment provider, bank and law. For an erroneous transfer, contact your bank and info@hayrat.digital without sending bank passwords or authorisation codes. These terms do not limit mandatory payer rights.

6. Data and external services

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. External maps, authentication, audio hosting and payments may be subject to their providers’ separate documents. A link does not make the administrator responsible for every aspect of a third-party service.

Keep necessary backups of important records using tools available to you. Removing the app, resetting a device, signing out or changing accounts may affect access to on-device data. Local storage and server synchronisation should not be treated as interchangeable.

7. Changes, restrictions and liability

The service may be updated or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or failures, and features may change. Access may be proportionately restricted to address security threats or violations of law. The administrator takes reasonable steps to correct confirmed errors but does not promise uninterrupted operation or the absence of all inaccuracies.

Liability is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where an exclusion is prohibited or waives mandatory consumer rights. Users retain the right to submit a complaint and seek judicial remedies as provided by law.

8. Versions, governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Russian law. Disputes follow applicable law, including mandatory jurisdiction rules. Send enquiries to info@hayrat.digital with a description and the information needed to respond.

Revisions are published with an update date and apply prospectively in compliance with mandatory law. Where separate acceptance or notice is required, publication alone does not replace it. The Russian version is the original; English is provided for convenience. In a discrepancy, the Russian text prevails to the extent permitted by law.

9. Account controls

Depending on the controller’s active mode, synchronisation requires separate confirmation or starts automatically after sign-in without an agreement prompt. Automatic mode is not treated as user consent. Synchronisation may be disabled with deletion of cloud records in account settings. The same settings provide Hanafi Guide account deletion; alternatively use https://hanafi-guide.ru/en/delete-account/. This does not delete UmmaID.
